Prices and rentals in peak and high season are per week, with check in after 4 pm and check out by 10 am. Outside the high season, alternative arrival and departure days can be arranged on request. Shorter breaks are possible depending on availability.

For all bookings, linen, towels, and toiletries are provided, as is cleaning at the end of your stay. During peak and high season, our guests also benefit from gardening, and pool maintenance, and a chef can be arranged upon request at extra charge. 

All bookings require a 30% non refundable deposit at time of booking. Of the total payment, 50% will be due six months before check-in and 20% will be due one month before check-in. For bookings made less than six months in advance, we will take an 80% non refundable deposit at the time of booking and the final 20% of the payment will be due one month before check-in.
