The Bergerie Cottage
Adjoining the main house, this charming old French bergerie is the perfect hideaway for a countryside escape. With a fully-equipped separate kitchen and three bedrooms, the Bergerie Cottage can sleep up to six guests. As with the main villa, each of the three beautiful bedrooms feature a fan and heating system, a wardrobe or chest of drawers for convenient storage, luxurious toiletries, towels, a hairdryer, and full connection to WiFi.
The Bergerie Cottage can be rented either as part of the entire villa during the summer months or separately during the low season, at a discounted rate. Please enquire with us directly if you wish to rent the cottage separately.
The bedrooms located in the Bergerie Cottage consist of one double room – The Olive Room – and two twin rooms: The Mimosa Room, in which warm wall colours are paired with pretty bedspreads and abstract art, and The Jasmine Room, located just outside the Bergerie cottage in a standalone maisonette.
The cottage’s bathroom, replete with a beautiful bathtub, has been done up in a traditional Moroccan style, and the sitting room is wonderfully cosy, with a beautiful view onto the lake and forest. Outside, there is a little courtyard with a separate dining and barbecue area, which offers privacy from the main house and is the perfect spot for having breakfast in the sun.
Olive Room
The Olive Room derives its name from the colour of its walls, and it has a romantic feel to it. Perfect for a couple's weekend getaway, this room is also easily accessible for those with limited mobility. The Moroccan-style bathroom is just across the sitting room, and is shared with the two other bedrooms of the cottage, the Mimosa and Jasmine Rooms.

Mimosa Room
The Mimosa Room’s warm wall colours are paired with pretty bedspreads and abstract art. This room is also easily accessible for those with limited mobility. Jasmine Room
The Jasmine Room is located just outside the Bergerie cottage, in a standalone maisonette. It has a wonderful view onto the gardens and lawn, and the Moroccan-style bathroom, within the Bergerie cottage, is shared with the two other bedrooms, the Mimosa and Olive Rooms.
